Meet the Artist

Jessica Musgrave is an artist specializing in evocative black and white paintings that explore loss, resilience, and the quiet strength found in transformation.

Her journey into monochromatic work began after the sudden loss of her father, a moment that forever altered the course of her life and her art. What started as a way to process grief became a powerful creative language, allowing her to heal while encouraging others to seek their own paths toward recovery and self expression.

Based in Texas, Jessica showcases her work from Austin to Dallas–Fort Worth, spanning the Hill Country to the Metroplex. Rooted primarily in nature, her pieces reflect the textures, contrasts, and quiet stillness that shape her perspective. Through her work, she invites viewers to slow down, sit with emotion, and discover meaning in simplicity.

In 2022, Jessica founded the UnStarved Artist Art Collective, a community driven initiative created to support emerging artists as they navigate an ever changing digital and creative landscape. Through mentorship, resources, and collaboration, the collective empowers artists to build sustainable practices and find their unique voice in the art world.
